Every projector carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If a fault is caused by our quality — LED engine failure, driver failure, housing or optical defects under normal use — we will, at your option and at no cost to you:

• Send free replacement parts or a replacement unit, or
• Take the unit back and issue a full refund.

For quality claims we also cover the round-trip shipping cost. You keep the proof (photo or video) — we keep the cost.

1. Email xiao@gobofactory.com (or WhatsApp) with your order number.
2. Attach a short photo or video showing the problem — this is the only proof we need.
3. We confirm the solution within 24 hours on working days.
4. Replacement parts/units ship out with your next order or separately, whichever is faster; refunds go back via the original payment channel.

• Misuse, dropping, or operation outside the product's rated voltage/IP rating.
• Unauthorized repair or modification.
• Normal wear of consumable parts (gobo wear from abrasives, seals after long outdoor exposure beyond rated life).
• Custom-made gobo lenses produced from your artwork: because they are made to your design, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
