• Order & inquiry data you give us: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, shipping address, and the products/quantities you ask about.
• Messages: emails, WhatsApp chats and form messages you send us.
• Cart & preferences: your cart and language choice are stored in your own browser (localStorage) — they are not sent to us until you submit an order request.
• Technical data: anonymized, cookieless visit statistics (see §5).

Only to: quote freight and confirm your order, ship and track your order, provide warranty and after-sales support, and reply to your inquiries. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Payments are handled by PayPal or bank transfer. We never see or store your card number — PayPal shows us only your name and shipping confirmation.

Only what is necessary to deliver your order: your name, address and phone number go to the carrier (DHL / FedEx / UPS or the freight forwarder you choose). No one else receives your data except when required by law.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that records anonymized page-view statistics only. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no personal profiles.

We keep order records as long as needed for warranty service and accounting. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the data we hold — email xiao@gobofactory.com and we will respond within 30 days.
