What's happening
Infinity Projectors released the FlexMount, a logo projector with a 360 adjustable black mounting arm for walls, floors, ceilings and angled surfaces. Available 35W-120W, IP67, 4K/HD imaging, up to 50,000 hours, with static or spin modes and a free remote. Suited to retail storefronts, hospitality, events, warehouses and safety zones.
Why it matters for buyers
For a retailer, venue or signage buyer, the practical effect is simple: the unit that reads on your wall at your ambient light, with your artwork, beats the one with the bigger number on the box. Specification order — distance, image size, ambient, then brightness — decides the result.
It also changes lead-time risk. Custom gobos and certified outdoor builds need briefing before the date is fixed; the projector is rarely the long pole, the artwork and certification are.
The technical angle
Ingress protection is the spec that quietly decides lifespan. IP65 keeps rain and dust out of the body; IP67 adds temporary immersion tolerance for ground-level or wash-down locations. The rating only holds if the cable gland and gasket are seated — a loose gland defeats a higher number.
What to specify
Before you request a quote, lock these down:
- MOQ and dispatch window before the event date
- Ingress rating if it lives outdoors or gets washed down
- Image size you need at that distance
- Certifications required for the market (CE / RoHS / FCC)
