What's happening
Infinity Projectors released the INFINITY EMBEDDED GOBO PROJECTOR, a flush-mounted unit (15W–100W) with 4K/HD imaging, IP65 waterproofing, up to 50,000 hours, and rotating logo remote control. Two free custom glass gobos (one full-color, one single-color) are included to jumpstart branding.
Why it matters for buyers
For a retailer, venue or signage buyer, the practical effect is simple: the unit that reads on your wall at your ambient light, with your artwork, beats the one with the bigger number on the box. Specification order — distance, image size, ambient, then brightness — decides the result.
It also changes lead-time risk. Custom gobos and certified outdoor builds need briefing before the date is fixed; the projector is rarely the long pole, the artwork and certification are.
The technical angle
Custom gobo turnaround is the real lead-time risk on a launch. Stock glass patterns ship in days; a bespoke etched logo with colour needs artwork sign-off plus production, so brief it before the date is fixed.
What to specify
Before you request a quote, lock these down:
- MOQ and dispatch window before the event date
- Mounting surface and whether the bracket can hold aim
- Certifications required for the market (CE / RoHS / FCC)
- Ingress rating if it lives outdoors or gets washed down
