Why project at a booth
A gobo projector is lighter and more flexible than a built sign, and you can swap the disc for each campaign. It brands the backdrop, the floor at the stand edge, or a hanging banner.
Distance and the crowd
Attendees view from 3–15 m in a busy hall. Pick a unit that stays sharp and bright at your backdrop distance, and size the logo so it reads at a glance, not Fine print.
Beating hall ambient light
Expo halls are bright. Use a high-contrast single-colour or white gobo, aim at a matte, unlit panel, and avoid washing the logo with your own stand lights. A touch of haze can help a beam read without lighting the whole wall.
Power and rigging
Booth power is often limited and shared. Confirm wattage with the organiser, use a safe clamp or floor stand, and keep cables out of the walkway. A rechargeable unit avoids daisy-chaining entirely.
Backdrop vs floor
Backdrop projection anchors the brand behind the desk; floor projection at the stand edge pulls passers-by in. Many booths do both with one spare unit.
